Our Program
The Utah Diamond Reapers are a new 9U travel baseball team launching for Fall 2026. We're development-first and building a long-term team culture — a program players grow up in, not pass through.
What we build
Fundamentals
Throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, and baserunning — taught correctly and repeated until they're habits.
Confidence
Players improve fastest when they believe in themselves. We coach hard skills with positive energy.
Effort
Hustle is non-negotiable. We can't control talent on a given day — we can always control effort.
Sportsmanship
Respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, and umpires. We compete hard and carry ourselves the right way.
Team first
Picking each other up, celebrating teammates, and putting the team above individual stats.
